Most did not acknowledge or accommodate her blindness at all. She went back after a fall with a broken pelvis and ended up on the dementia ward full of warehoused elderly. We had to provide her own PCA to have her taken care of. She contracted Facility Acquired Pneumonia while there.

They sent my family member home way too early, only to arrive home and having to call 911 for a infection and a catheter that wasn’t working. Very disappointed in the physical therapy department.
